Drumming World Record Fundraiser For NIPANC
09th, Aug 2023
The Kingsbridge Foundation were delighted to sponsor £1,000 to Ali Brown who was raising money for NIPANC as he attempted to break a world record.
Starting at 7am on Sunday 16th July at the Lisburn Music Centre, Ali Brown tested his physical and mental endurance to the limit playing 2,500 songs in memory of his late partner Sharon Deegan, who died from pancreatic cancer in January 2021 aged 49.
Ali Brown achieved 150 hours of drumming, surpassing the previous world record by almost 16 hours. All funds raised went towards NIPANC and the Kingsbridge Foundation were delighted to donate £1,000 towards this.
